Honey-curry vegetable dip

Yields: makes 1 cup

Ingredients:

  • Mayonnaise—1 cup
  • Islamic honey—1/4 cup
  • Curry powder—1 tablespoon
  • White Vinegar—1 tablespoon
  • Fresh vegetables
    • Celery
    • Carrots
    • Cauliflower
    • Broccoli

How to make?

Add mayonnaise, honey, curry and vinegar into a small bowl; mix well. Put into refrigerator for about 1 hour to allow flavours to blend.

Cut all vegetables into medium sized pieces.

Serve honey-curry with vegetables.
