Order Cancellation
We understand that sometimes plans may change and orders may need to be canceled. On our part, we will try to accommodate your requests as best as we can.
Are there any penalties for canceling orders?
Cancellations need to be made as soon as possible. If they are made more than 48 hours before the requested delivery date, there is a 50% cancellation fee of the total purchase price.
Order Delivery Polices
All items are available for delivery to Pakistan mainland only, with different delivery rate except when special offers apply. Deliveries are dispatched, at the latest, on the next working day after the order has been placed, and you should receive your online order within two to five working days. Over 90% of our orders are delivered within two days of being shipped.
Return Exchange Policy
- A product/item purchased from our online shop can be returned or exchanged from any other Charcoal retail outlets.
- Sale product / item cannot be returned or exchanged.
- The customer will be responsible for shipment costs of return.
- Make sure the product you are returning/ exchange is intact with all tags.
